Our two seacoast locations in Portsmouth, NH and York, ME serve the seacoast communities of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Our third and fourth locations in Rochester and Dover, NH are convenient to Southeastern New Hampshire and the Southern Lakes Region.

Directions to the Portsmouth office: 100 Griffin Road
From the south of Portsmouth, take Route 95 North to Exit 3. Take a right at the light at the end of the ramp onto Route 33. Continue straight through the traffic light and at the next light, turn right onto Griffin Road. We are the first building on the right.
From the north of Portsmouth, take Route 95 South to Exit 3B. Take a right at the light onto Route 33. Continue through three sets of lights turning right onto Griffin Road at the fourth traffic light. We are the first building on the right.
From the north of Rochester, take Route 16 south. Take exit 12 onto Route 125 north towards Rochester; turn left at the end of the ramp. Follow Route 125 north to Route 108 south. Turn right onto Route 108 south, continue on past Frisbie Memorial Hospital for 2/10th of a mile. The office is located at 60 Rochester Professional Park on the left.
From the south of Rochester, take Route 16 north. Take exit 12 onto Route 125 towards Rochester; turn right at the stop sign at the end of the ramp. Follow Route 125 north to Route 108 south. Continue past Frisbie Memorial Hospital for 2/10th of a mile. The office is located at 60 Rochester Professional Park on the left.
From Dover, take Route 108 N, which turns into Rochester Hill Road. Continue on Rochester Hill Road past the National Guard Armory and the entrance to SunBridge Nursing Home. Our office is on the right just as the hill begins to decline towards Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

Please renew your prescriptions during your appointments or during office hours. Take a minute to go over your refill needs before your appointment. If you have not been in for over 1 year, please call and make an appointment.
Prescription refills may be made up to a maximum of one year after the last office visit. We require 24 hours to process your request. Please call the pharmacy if you want to ensure the prescription has been called in.
Requests for three month mail away prescriptions can be picked up at the office or mailed to your home. We do not call or fax prescriptions into mail order pharmacies.
Portsmouth Billing Line: Option # 3 *From the North and South, Take Route 95 to exit 7. Travel South on Rt. 1 to the first
set of lights, take a left onto Rt.
1 A (York St). Travel 1.5 miles to York Village Center, bear left at the statue on to Long Sands Road. Turn right into Long Sands Plaza, a short distance from town.

take the Spaulding Turnpike to exit 9, Dover, take the Sixth St. ramp, and then take a right at the light on to Member’s Way (Northeast Credit Union on corner). Take left at stop sign

If you still have a brief question you can call and speak to a nurse. If you need to discuss an issue with your physician, please call and make an appointment.
Portsmouth Sick (Acute) Line: Option # 5
If you are a current patient and need to be seen because you are ill, please call us and a nurse will return your call as soon as possible.
Portsmouth Labs and X-rays: Option #6
When labs and x-rays are completed the results are immediately sent to our office for the physician to review. Afterwards, the physician will call the patient to discuss these results. If you have a question pertaining to your labs or x-ray please leave a message on this line.
Injection Hours: Option #7
The allergy injection hours

page. We are closed for some holidays and occasionally for winter weather; please call if you are unsure.
